RETURN POLICY
Aba Love Apothecary products are handmade in small batches. It is our hope that you will love every product we create. We do not offer refunds or take returns on any products. However we will replace a product that arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such a case, please send a photo of the damaged items to aba@abaloveapothecary.com and we will gladly replace the item.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% NATURAL?
You bet! Only genuine and authentic essential oils, absolutes, resins, plant and seed oils are used in our formulations. All products are made using Organic, Wildcrafted and Non GMO ingredients. We do not allow artificial fragrances and other synthetics in our products.

WHAT TYPE OF SKIN ARE ABA LOVE APOTHECARY PRODUCTS MADE FOR?
Our products are formulated for all skin types formulated to hydrate, tone, brighten or heal the skin without causing photosensitivity. If you have any concerns about any of the ingredients, don’t hesitate to contact us!
I HAVE SKIN SENSITIVITIES. CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
While our products are made will all natural ingredients, some people may show some sensitivity. Always perform a patch test. If any irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use and consult with your physician.
ARE THESE PRODUCTS SAFE FOR BABIES OR ELDERLY?
Our current product range is formulated specifically for adult skin unless stated otherwise in the product description.
DO I NEED TO USE SUNSCREEN IN COMBINATION WITH YOUR PRODUCTS?
While our formulas do not increase photosensitivity, we ALWAYS recommend using a daily SPF. You are already using the finest ingredients of you skin, so take extra care to protect it. Don’t leave home without SPF or that sun hat!
I’M PREGNANT OR NURSING, CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Some ingredients may be contraindicated for pregnant or nursing people. Please consult with your physician or mid-wife if you have concerns.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Our current product selection is vegan. Future products may contain beeswax, honey or royal jelly. These ingredients will be will be clearly stated in the product description.
DO YOU YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SOY?
Some products may contain Soy derived Non GMO Tocopherol (Vitamin E) as a preservative. This is formulated at a very low dilution to maintain product freshness.
HOW CAN I MAINTAIN PRODUCT FRESHNESS & HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST?
Since our products are formulated without artificial preservatives, we suggest using them daily to reap the benefits of their vital nutrients- just as you would with fresh food. Most of our product will remain fresh for 6 months to 12 months after opening. We also recommend keeping products away from excessive heat. Our products are packaged in traditional apothecary style Amber glass to protect from sunlight.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All products are carefully crafted and packaged in small batches, so please allow 3 to 5 business days to ship after placing your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We currently do not ship international at this time.
DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
Absolutely not! We test on willing humans. We are 100% cruelty free.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to make each workshop unique and meticulously plan content for each workshop, therefore Aba Love Apothecary does not offer refunds on workshops. No-shows on day of workshop forfeit the class fee.
